Deconstructing the Fairytale
An educational module on family and relationship diversity
About This Resource
“Deconstructing the Fairytale” is an educational workshop module which explores diverse family and relationship styles and examines normative cultural structures such as mononormativity and heteronormativity. This workshop seeks to help participants uncover hidden biases, empower individual relationship choices, and redefine relationships based on personal values rather than societal norms. Focused on promoting a healthier understanding of diverse relational dynamics, it emphasizes the legitimacy of consensual non-traditional relationships, fostering respect for individual sexuality and a deeper appreciation of varied relationship styles.
